IEMT helps you process the origins of your emotions and self-beliefs by working with the way your brain stores memories. During a session, you’ll be guided to visualize a specific memory or experience while following a series of eye movement patterns. These eye movements are carefully directed to access and process the memory differently, breaking the connection between the memory and its emotional intensity.
As the emotional component diminishes, you gain a sense of distance from the past. The event itself doesn’t change, but the grip it has on you loosens. This creates space for healthier self-beliefs and emotional freedom, allowing you to move forward without being held back by old emotional patterns.
