Are you ready to make a change?

IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Therapy) is a highly effective tool that rapidly changes and resolves negative emotions, memories, and identities. It’s particularly effective when addressing issues such as anxiety, trauma, and PTSD (including complex PTSD). It is a tried and tested therapeutic technique that addresses the source of why you feel like you do now. It’s helpful for people who feel stuck with how they are feeling and struggle to make positive changes in how they think and feel.

IEMT is used to address a wide range of issues but it is particularly effective at resolving trauma and PTSD. Clients report a significant improvement in how they feel and a real sense of distance from the traumatic events. This is also the same for people enduring and trying to live with anxiety. IEMT has a specific technique that identifies and processes the origin of anxiety, leaving clients free to move forward in their lives.

As well as dealing with negative emotions, IEMT aims to address negative self-beliefs. These self-perceptions limit people in moving forward and are restrictive. IEMT is an easy and rapid way of dispelling these identity misconceptions as well as negative emotional imprints.
Typical examples of identity issues include:

  • I don’t like myself
  • I feel like I’m not good enough
  • I’m a failure
  • I always let myself down
  • I hate myself

IEMT has many advantages, including rapid and lasting results and the fact that it usually does not require many sessions. The other advantage is that it doesn’t require you to disclose information about whatever issues you want to deal with. This is particularly useful when working with trauma as clients don’t have to go into often painful details.

It’s a straightforward but incredibly effective technique without the requirement to talk through your issues!

IEMT is highly effective in helping resolve the following.

  • Anxiety
  • PTSD (a single event and CPTSD)
  • Depression
  • Low confidence
  • Limiting self-beliefs
  • Feelings of being stuck with negative emotions.
  • Trauma
  • Constantly going over and over past negative memories
  • Birth trauma (including Dads!)
  • Addressing memories where guilt, shame, regret, or remorse is a strong emotion.
  • Fears such as a fear of flying!

I was really dubious that Fayes "eye voodoo" would work but thought I'd give it a go after hearing such good things about it and I am SO glad I did!!! I didn't initially think it had worked as I was still nervous at the though of cantering in open spaces or jumping much more than a pole on the ground. What I have found though is that it's in actual doing it you realise how much eye voodoo has helped. I still have moments of apprehension but the difference is remarkable. I was out jumping today and not only did I jump doubles, spreads and bigger heights that I have before on my horse, I enjoyed it and never once felt the need to cry when things went wrong or he decided to stick his back legs in the air and buck. Before eye voodoo I have been known to pull up and get off at this point so the fact I happily continued is nothing short of a miracle!

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I booked my session but Faye put me at ease from the moment I walked into the room. She had a wonderful aura about her that made me feel safe and in turn enabled me to open up truthfully about the trauma I was struggling with. It is an incredible therapy and I can’t really explain it however some how it works. I’ve been struggling with anxiety caused by having a reactive dog and the fear of other dogs attacking us for no reason. Being open and honest about the cause of my pain I think truly helped Faye do her thing. I walked away with shoulders lighter than ever and have felt more confident taking my dog out for a walk. I can’t recommend this enough! It’s AMAZING! 🤩

I saw Faye a few weeks back an I must say wow after various serious falls to the extent of being hospitalised my confidence was knocked with the jumping not great as that is my sport of hobby then for last few years after losing my father an best friend an a very lengthy and bitter legal battle with family anxiety got the better of me to the extent I felt sick just looking at a pole on the floor I booked an appointment with Faye as a last resort before I gave up riding altogether I just wish I had done it years ago I’m now back jumping happily and getting ready for my first competition again no sick feeling no anxiety just smiles and fun again so from the depth of my heart Faye I thank you as after a long time I finally feel like me again and the rest of my problems don’t seem so bad now

what I call the (s@@t shifting session) so I thought I'd give Iemt a go. not knowing what to expect at all really. I went due to my issues with hacking and certain other areas with riding and emotions. the 1st session I did come away wondering and debating if it had worked. I felt no different in my self although tired. what I did notice was that after something had happened be it the horse spooked or was a bit on their toes my reactions was different I didn't panic or become worried. I didn't realise this until after it had happened. I had a second session which this session was interesting and took a bit to work out what was going on in my head. but Faye managed it. now after this session I have been able to go out on a ride with confidence albeit a bit nervous to start with. but I've also managed to hack out on our own. I can highly recommend to anyone thinking and questioning if to book in. it is well worth a session or 2.

Honest Review for Faye! Loved it! Witchcraft at its best. Faye puts you at ease. She has such knowledge and passion and I think she'd make a great trainer! Thanks to Faye's visit, I no longer get those huge "what if's" when riding and I can talk to myself and settle the situation. I've also managed to shut the door on another unpleasant emotion and am working up to locking it for good - without Faye, I'd have not shut the door! Faye has helped me immensely, and I am now in the throws of training to become an IEMT Practitioner myself! I've Faye to blame for that! Witchcraft!

I decided to have an IEMT session with Faye as I had quite bad competition nerves and a general feeling of negativity and a lot of self doubt. I am absolutely gobsmacked at the change, I feel happier on my horses 🐎 and I’m much happier in my self. I haven’t been out competing yet but I feel very excited about booking some upcoming ones. Highly recommended! Cannot wait to have some more

I had a treatment/session with Faye 3 weeks ago. Although I can’t say I had any large trauma, I did have a few ‘niggles and things playing on my mind’, I’ve recently started to go to clinics and jump again on my Horse after many years! I’m absolutely loving it, but there was always a doubt/niggle in my head (a few scary moments happened on my horse when he was a youngster) that were popping in my head! Faye told me all about IEMT and I decided to give it a go. It’s absolutely fascinating, the next clinic I attended was so much more relaxed and I didn’t even think about any previous thoughts/apprehensions I had. Infact sat here writing this I’m really having to remember how I felt before. I’ve since done a further jumping clinic and bingo, my head stays in the present! No matter how big or small your ‘thing’ is, it’s relevant to you, I recommend 💯- thank you Faye x

I seem to work with a lot of horses who are spoilt, quirky, and quite unruly, and as a freelancer I’m not always seeing them regularly enough to build up a good relationship with them. Recently I’d been finding I’d really lost my confidence handling even some of the easier ones, and I was dreading going to certain jobs. This isn’t me at all, hence why writing this anonymously, as it was really starting to affect my work. I tried Faye not so much as a last resort, but more out of curiosity! And I’m so glad I did. You don’t even have to open up about the root cause of your issue, although I did, so I don’t know if it was talking about it that helped me, or her ‘magic powers’, but either way the results were instant for me. Apart from the usual slightly sinking feeling I get on a really windy spooky day, or when I know I’ve got a genuinely quirky horse booked in, all the silly niggles and irrational situations I was imagining could happen, have all disappeared! Even if you can’t link your anxiety back to an actual single incident, which I couldn’t, and it’s just a build up of smaller scenarios over time, definitely give IEMT a try.

I had IEMT with Faye a couple of months ago. Complete mental block riding my own mare. Following the session doesn't faze me regarding my girl, and more than happy to get on any other horse. Faye is such a kind person. Highly recommend her 👌

I contacted Faye to help with my struggle to ride one of my horses and she has utterly changed our relationship with each other for the better. I had been really confident on my youngster until she spooked and got me off twice. After that the idea of riding her made me feel sick and shaky, even after she had been away for professional schooling. I have ridden for 40 years yet had ended up having to ride her on a lunge line in walk only! As a young, sensitive mare she needed me to be confident and I just couldn’t manage to qualm my nerves in the menage even though on other horses I was very confident. I contacted Faye and we had our first session working on my fear of falling off in the menage. I left that session desperate to get on my mare and with images of me falling replaced with images of me winning a rosette instead! It was weird! Over the weeks some nerves crept back in so I booked a second session with Faye. In this session it emerged quickly through the techniques used that the underlying issue wasn’t all about riding my mare but the trauma from losing my dad and dealing with his estate which had taken months and concluded shortly before I fell off. We worked through the feelings I had from that trauma and since then my attitude to riding my mare has changed from ‘omg, I will fall off’ to ‘so what if I fall off, it will be ok. Just have fun!’ It has been amazing and even my trainer commented that literally after that second session my whole attitude to riding her changed to be far more confident. In a short time we were cantering in the menage and are now galloping through stubble fields and planning our first outing together. I have also been remembering what happened with my dad differently for the better too. I definitely recommend giving a second session a try as it was astonishing how the underlying problems came up and what I had thought were issues that we were able to dismiss as a result of the techniques used. Thank you Faye - I can honestly say I absolutely adore my mare now and we are having so much fun together and we possibly would never have got here without your help ☺️
